I was inspired to come up with this recipe from one of my favorite foodies that I follow (@hertastylife) on instagram. On her story she mentioned she was craving garlic noodles. I caught the crave bug and wanted garlic noodles as well, but with a twist; I wanted spicy garlic noodles!
Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp Butter
Red chili paste
Soy Sauce
Hot Sauce
Sriracha sauce
Oyster Sauce
Fish Sauce
3 cloves of Garlic (cut in half)
Serrano Pepper (deseed)
Spring Onions
Red Onion
Noodles (of your choice)
I started by boiling linguine noodles. Next, in a stir fry wok, I added the butter. To the butter I added red onions, 3 cloves of garlic cut in halves, 1 serrano pepper deseeded, red chili paste, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Stir it around for 30 seconds and add the spring onions. Once the noodles are done boiling, add them to the mixture and mix ,mix, mix! Serve while it’s still hot π
How easy was that?Β This recipe is so easy to make and it tastes like bomb dot com! The longest part is waiting for the noodles to boil. I recommend adding ingredients according to your taste.
***Note: the house will smell because of the fish sauce and the oyster sauce, but it’s worth it because it tastes so flipping good!
